What type of information does IntelliProtector.com collect and how is it used?
IntelliProtector.com gathers only the customer information we need to administer our business, our security, the security of our customers and members to provide superior products and service.
There are two categories of information we collect about you when you activate, register or purchase the software. The first type of information we may collect about you is personally identifiable information, such as your name, password, address, telephone number, e-mail address. We DO NOT collect credit card numbers. This type of information may be provided as a part of purchase process but it is NOT TRANSFERRED to our service.
The second category is your computer identification data such as your IP address, hard drive serial number, video card serial number, and some other hardware information gathered and combined to produce the hardware-dependable key. This key is sent to our service to provide you either with a trial or retail certificate and used to prevent piracy and identify our customers in case of repeated retail certificate reception necessity. This information can be sent automatically or manually via e-mail, depending on the activation and registration mode you choose. When the hardware-dependable key is formed, it is impossible to determine the exact information used to produce it.
What information do we share and with whom?
IntelliProtector.com does not rent, lease, redistribute or sell customer information to any marketer. In cases of fraud or other types of abuse, we may also provide information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law or when we otherwise believe in good faith that the law requires it.

IntelliProtector.com will maintain practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of customer's credit information. We restrict and limit access to customer information only to those employees who need it to carry out their business functions.
